Cadiann Cole, affectionately known as Coach Cadi to her players, co-founded the Team First Elite basketball organization in 2022. As Co-Founder and Coach, her mission is to continue to help young men and women reach their potential on and off the court. Coaching youth sports and sharing her passion for the game allows her to create team building, hard-work, dedication and sportsmanship. Cadiann believes that youth sports should serve as the primary vehicle to promote strong work ethics in young people.
